"What an amazing opportunity to have such a varied audience give me feedback on my work! Even more exciting, how positive that feedback was... BUT this is the kicker, I doubt the comments would've been so smooth if it weren't for how much I learned listening to and giving feedback to other writers in the sessions.

"Each time I sat down at a session with what I thought was a 'tight' piece from my manuscript. At each session I ended up listening to what I was saying to other writers, pulling out my pen and cutting my own work before I read it to the group. While the response was shockingly positive, I still benefited greatly from the comments. Small things that others could hear that I missed, and some great suggestions on how to kick a sentence up a knotch or down a level. Or, what someone was really wanting to see that I hadn't thought about adding.

"Now, I understand and appreciate the many recommendations I've read about getting into a writer's group with a kick ass writing coach. I would like to send a big thank you to each of the session leaders that I worked with... I gained valuable and different insight from each of them."
