OTHER REGISTRATION INFO
The information you provide the COWC is considered personal. It will not be shared with any unaffiliated organization. Space is limited to 125 participants for our 2025 event. “Full Conference” includes all Workshops & Events. Lodging not included.

COWC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

HOTEL LODGING
Special discount rates are available to COWC conferees. Booking must be made directly through the Riverhouse Lodge and confirmed by no later than September 17, 2025. You may make your reservation here.

ADV. SUBMISSION CRITIQUE
Available only to registered conferees. Fee is non-refundable after posted submission deadline.

REFUND POLICY
Registration refunds, less a 15% processing charge, may be obtained before September 1, 2025. The COWC reserves the right to cancel this conference without penalty, its liability limited to a refund of registration fee.
